overextended and you may have to leave a message for a call back. Refunds are normally processed within 48
hours of receipt of returned item. If
you're mailing a check or money order, they are usually processed and your
order is shipped within 48 hours. |

Returns & Exchanges |

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as they
are in new condition with original packaging (if they are not in new
condition, the items will be disposed of and no refund will be
processed). Because products on this
site are considered medical devices, we cannot accept returns on products
that have been used, due to sanitary reasons.
You must either contact Customer Service at the number above, or use
the Contact Us form below. Defective
or damaged products upon delivery will be replaced at no extra charge. Items returned for reasons beyond being
defective or damaged are subject to 25% restocking fee, and shipping is
non-refundable. Return shipment is
also the responsibility of the customer. Please issue a "Return Authorization Request" using the link below.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of returned
item. All returns must be shipped to
the address below. Unfortunately due to the terms of manufacturer RCAI, their
products are non-refundable/non-returnable if the packaging is opened or they
are used. If you would like to exchange a product, you are responsible for
return shipment. Replacement product
will be shipped once exchange product is inspected upon return. The difference will be charged/refunded to
your credit card. You will be charged
for shipping on the replacement product.
All exchanges must be shipped to the address provided from the RMA request. |
