Buy the one size larger than the chart for product life and ease in application. The first item purchased sized ber chart but too small. Overall quality excellent and easy to apply and remove. Material compliance is good and overal size when worn is not bulky - allows wearing under clothing with a minimum of show. Thigh and Calf discomfort {L3-5) have stopped since wearing the product.

Unable to make the ends meet in this extra small brace. The alternative brace also an extra small did fit.
