Returns & Exchange Process

Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipping delivery and are subject to a 25% restocking fee as outlined in the "Support" tab and the "Terms and Conditions".  If your product is defective or damaged during shipment you will receive a full refund.  If you want to exchange your product for a different size or style, the restocking fee is waived. 

The restocking fee is in place because the products are medical devices worn on the skin.  The part that touches the skin is known as the "softgood" which needs to be replaced according to the Department of Health.  Parts not touching the skin have to be sanitized for resale.

Please write the Return Address, RMA Number and PO Number on the outside of the shipping box. 

For exchanges, please order the new product and we will refund you accordingly when the return is received.  We will check to make sure you placed another order before issuing full refund.  If no order is found you will be subject to the restocking fee.

Please keep return tracking information for your records.
-Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
-Shipping is non-refundable.
-There is a 25% re-stocking fee on the Product.
-You will be refunded upon receipt of item in re-sellable condition.
-Product must have original packaging, instructions, and any accessories included for full refund.
-Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of product.
