Ideal Application
The DonJoy SI Belt provides stabilization of the Sacroiliac (SI) joint through direct compression. The silicone grip strips prevent the brace from migrating up and down and "lock" the hips.

The item was exactly as advertised, however, after using it, I see an opportunity for improvement. It seems the velcro slips in front where the belt overlaps which in turn loosens the whole belt up. I would like to see the front fasten like a regular belt so when tightened it stays tight. The belt feels good, but doesn't really take back pain away
