After incurring a complex major knee surgery, this is a good choice after having to return the Game Ready Ice Machine.

Overall i am happy with this cold pack brace. I had a total knee replacement and it keeps ice around my knee. i do put a dish towel between skin and brace otherwise it is too cold against my skin. When I try to walk with it on it does tend to fall down. I have to be sure to tighten it very tight to avoid it falling off and then it is difficult to walk. Thus the 4 rating. It is well made and I feel it will last.

Overall I'm very happy with this wrap. I had ACL surgery and this wrap has been a lifesaver. The cold packs are great because they can snap to your leg and stay cold for a long time. The only draw back is that the cold packs don't wrap around your leg. I would recommend by two sets of the cold packs and put a third behind your leg and wrap it in if you are looking for a wrap that puts ice all the way around the knee.
